I was asked this question on Twitter, and I promised that I would do the research because I’m sure a lot of us want to know. The question: how can you make saggy breasts perky?
Well, well, well! Who doesn’t want perky breasts? I did my research, and this is what I came up with:
1. Hydrotherapy: When you shower, alternate between warm water and cold water on your breasts. Start with the warm water and end with the cold water. This is supposed to increase blood flow and I don’t exactly how else it’s supposed to help, but according to what I read on numerous sites, it helps.
2. Work out: Certain sit ups, push ups, and chest presses can help … kind of. Breasts do not contain muscle, so when you work out, you’re not technically working out your breasts, but you’re working out the muscle under the breast. Working that muscle out can life the breasts, but the difference will barely be noticeable.
What these two ways mean essentially, is that short of going under the knife, there is probably nothing you can do to make your boobs perky or perkier. But don’t be depressed because I have a 3rd solution. I actually blogged about this same thing 4 years ago. It’s almost as if I had a vision that this day would come.
If you follow my rules, there are 5 ways you can make your breasts perky/perkier. These rules were valid 4 years ago, and they are still valid today. If you try them and they don’t work for you, I’ll be more than happy to refund your money %100. Enjoy.
- Stand in front of a mirror (one that can get your entire upper body).
- Look at your breasts and take a mental picture of them.
- Now raise your hands — slowly.
- Keep raising them. Reach for the sky.
- Now look at your breasts again.
Works. Every. Time.

My own case is that since i started growing breast, i’ve never experienced a standing breast, as it was growing bigger, it was falling, so i do not understand why.

Lol. Amaka, I’m sorry, I don’t know why I find this so funny. Breasts are different. Some women have naturally perky breasts, and others don’t. Luckily for you, there are bras.
