The more I hear and read from or about Babangida, the more pissed off I become. The nerves he has! You’d think that after all the atrocities he committed in Nigeria, he’d be too chicken to even reside in the country, but alas, that is not to be.
I watched a recent video interview of him on CNN, and speaking of the annulment of the 1993 election (you know, the one we all hate him for), he said, “[Nigerians] look back and in retrospect they say ‘wait a minute, I think we judged him unfairly; we judged him harshly'” Uhm, excuse me?!?!?! What Nigerians is he talking about???
When asked if he ever apologized to the Nigerians (for annulling the votes of 1993), he said he told the Nigerians that his action was wrong. And at exactly two minutes and four seconds (2:04) into this video, he said (talking to the Nigerians), “Don’t kill anybody. Kill me.”
Sooooooo….are you thinking what I’m thinking?
Disclaimer: The words in quotes are the actual words of Babangida himself. Vera Ezimora does not take responsibility for the acts of anyone due to Babangida’s words (or Vera’s words – written or verbal – in response to Babangida’s words). In other words, kill (or attempt to kill) Babangida at your own risk.

Who will attempt to kill Maradona? His dribbling sklls are still in place. Nigeria is in God's hands
You know sometimes I think these people take us as fools, that no matter what happens people will still vote him in. And really who are the Nigerians that misjudged him? Where is he getting his info from that people thought they were too harsh on him? Abeg abeg let us hear word.
i read the same crap and while i wont do it personally, whoever can has my blessings (am i a sinner that way?)
funny thing about this country is, for him to have the effontry to come out to contest, he definitely has great back up. some people are urging him on and he aint bluffing. am just praying hard against that kind of madness.
I tire. I guess we "gave" Obj a chance to run for his presidency after being Head of State so IBB feels he can do the same. He should watch what he is putting out there o :-p, IBB the power of the tongue…
The power of life and death is in the tongue, he has just given his express permission to be done away with…..
lol @ Vera's disclaimer…I don't blame you my dear.
I watched that interview in absolute horror…and shock…and more horror…
But at the end of the day, can we really blame him for his effrontery? I think the fault is with us (Nigerians) who forget too easily and too soon…
plus, there's still a great deal of poverty in Nigeria, not just materially, but mentality wise…so what do you expect?
We need a divine miracle in our beloved country…when and how it will come, I do not know, but I trust God that it WILL come!
Wanted, Vera!
Crime: Attempted assassination of a demented ex-president!
😉
NBB: LOL @ Maradone. Tehehe. The nerves he has!!! Ugh.
Evee: That's why I asked which Nigerians he was referring to. I am yet to meet one Nigerian that shares IBB's sentiment, but apparently, somewhere on the corner of the earth, they exist.
Omotee: That's the same thing I have been fearing oh! The fact that he is even out there talking nonsense means that he has someone somewhere backing him up. But na who be the maga?
Anonymous: But OBJ didn't commit all the atrocities that IBB did. It's just so annoying to hear him speak of his atrocities as if all he did was park in an illegal spot.
Joxy: Tell me about it! How could he open his mind and utter such nonsense – not that I mind, of course?
Anoda Phase: Indeed, I could not help myself oh. I had to get that disclaimer immediately. E no dey hard before things become hard. Per the mental poverty in Nigeria, you wouldn't have said it better.
Aloofar: Hahaha. Please refer to my disclaimer asap!
*No further comment* Walks off in disbelief. Lol.
I wonder if killing him would actually change anything…
IBB is one person who believe's Nigeria is his personally property…he's head is so far up his own ass he can't see straight!
After what he's done to the country, that he even has the nerve to run for president, I actually don't blame him, its the sycophants encouraging him to do so. It makes my blood boil…I hope God/or a Jerry Rawlings type delivers us from these type of leaders.
