Introducing Verastic & Her Family: The LEGO Minifigure Edition

One of the things my little cousin, Toby loves doing is creating several things with his LEGO. And it is always a very big deal. The last thing you want to do is mess up his LEGO creation. So when LEGO told me to create my family online using LEGO minigures, I thought woo hoo!!!!!!

I absolutely enjoyed creating my LEGO minifugure family; the only problem is that I enjoyed it a little too much. I was literally giddy. Igwe says that when we have kids, it'll be hard to tell me apart from the kids. Apparently, I play too much, and I play like a child. I smell jealousy.

I didn't know what family exactly to create: me, my mom, and my dad? Or me, Igwe, the twins, and the dog? I chose the latter. I was going to add my mom and dad to it, but Igwe might get jealous that I didn't add his own mom and dad, so I just went ahead and did it with Igwe, our twins (called Twin 1 and Twin 2), our baby daughter, and our dog, called OtitoDiliJesu (meaning Praise The Lord). Maybe we'll call him Tito for short. Haa! 

Anyway, so this is my LEGO minifigure family. From left to right, it's Igwe and our baby daughter, then me and our dog OtitoDiliJesu (shall we call him Tito or Jes?), and our confusingly identical twin boys with a smirk on their faces. This is us at our winter vacation cabin during Christmas. It was really cold, but thankfully, we had a little fireplace to keep us warm and cozy.

These minigures were so easy to create, not to mention, fun! I had the option of changing the looks of the faces, skin tone, tops, bottoms, heads, and hats. Even the dog had different skin tones — or maybe fur tones. And then, when I was done, I also had the option of changing the scene. It started off with us in the snow, but I changed it and made us inside a cabin.
