How To Create Holiday Designs With Duck Brand®

Christmas is right around the corner and you know what that means … t’is the season to gift! For some of us – like me – wrapping things beautifully isn’t our forte, but thanks to Duck Brand®, it’s not half a hassle as it usually is. So for the purpose of this post, I wrapped twp boxes and one cannister. My favorite box is the gold one with Seasonal Sweets Duck Brand® tape because it has Igwe’s gift in it (and he has no idea what’s in it).

For this project, I had just five tools: 4 Duck Brand®  tapes and one scizzors. The Duck Brand® tapes I used are: Seasonal Sweets, Snowman, Holiday Bows, and Penguins. Before you read on, I just have to tell you working with Duck Brand® tapes was extremely easy. I don’t know what I expected exactly, but the moment I started pulling the tape, I was amazed at how easy it was.

The next 3 pictures are of Igwe’s gift (or the box containing the gift anyway). It started out as a plain brown box, and then it got an amazing transformation.

How I did this:

1. I cut out enough wrapping sheet to cover my brown box.

2. Then I wrapped and taped it neatly, very simple

3.  After the box was completely wrapped, I used the Seasonal Sweets tape to make a straight line across the front and back of the box, and then I used it for the sides, too. As a finishing touch, I added a silver (ready-made) bow on top.

There was nothing difficult about wrapping this box, and it took about 15 minutes to complete.

How I Made This:

Unlike the first box, I did not use any wrapping sheet for this box.

1. Taped the box to seal it up and keep it level.

2.  Used the Holiday Bows to create straight lines from one end to the other, and then on the other side.

3.  The canister was a little more tricky because of its shape, but I just kept a steady hand and wrapped it across. I chose the Penguine tape for the cannister because ever since I watched Happy Feet, I have had a love for penguins. Mumble will be proud 🙂
