I know you have been having sleepless nights and refusing to eat, drink, or breathe because you have been wondering, what on earth does Vera want for her birthday? Worry no more, the list is here.
My birthday is coming up soon, on Wednesday, January 14th 2015. I was going to have a nice birthday party. I already booked the photographer and the DJ, and I made a payment for the hall. It was going to be on Saturday, January 24th at 8:00 PM, and it would have gone to 2:00 AM. My friend, Solachi even ordered her dress already. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the party.
The hall used to be owned by some Americans and is now owned by a Redeemed Church. I won’t lie, I didn’t like that it was now owned by Nigerians because [I know it sounds bad but] I’m weary of doing business with my own people. I fear that I won’t get the professionalism that I want. In this case, I signed the contract saying I’ll be using the hall from 8:00 PM t 2:00 AM, then one day the Pastor called and said that actually I have to end it at 12:00 midnight. Eventually, she agreed for 2:00 AM. The problem now was that I would not be given time to set up or clean up, meaning I have to use my party time to set up and clean up, meaning my 6 hour party will be down to about 3 hours. No, thank you. I cancelled the party and was too tired to look for another place. Anyway, about my wish list.

This year, I just want to smell even better. I haven’t bought perfumes in a while, so 2015 is my year of scentiplication. The collection must grow! So below is a list of perfumes I want in no particular order. Please understand that the list in this post is only a snapshot of the perfumes I want. In other words, there are more from where these came from.
The things on this list are the simple things I want for my birthday. The more serious things will be on my vision board (which I will create on December 31st and pray over it). Those are for God to do; I cannot do them on my own. Whatever the case may be, I’m looking forward to my next birthday.

Great choices though, I must say, i got my friend in the US the Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel and Flower bomb by Viktor & Rolf as a surprise birthday gift and she can’t stop goin on about them. I’m not so crazy about perfumes though, having one at a time works for me, at most 2. I sabi mise dem wella while combining with body sprays and scented body products.
