I’m really tired of saying sorry for pulling disappearing acts, so I’m sure you’re just as tired of hearing me say it.
We are finally at the end of the semester – thank God. I woke up this morning with a throbbing headache. I guess I have been keeping too many late nights again. This semester has been something else. I think I had somewhere to go or something to do every weekend, which is soooo unlike me. Blame it on all the people that have been falling in love = bridal showers and weddings and all the people that have been getting pregnant = baby showers. I am soooo tired of attending these things, believe me. I am running out of clothes to wear.
Meanwhile, I have been relentlessly dreaming about my future camera – theNikon D40X. I just love it! I want it and I gotta have it. The thing is, I don’t have money for it. Matter of fact, I finally checked my checking account today, and guess how much I have in it? $43! LOL. Blame it on Xmas and the darn parties that I had to buy gifts for. So considering the fact that I only have $43 in my account, I obviously cannot afford to buy that camera. It costs a whopping $699 (before tax, lol). Busola told me I would never get it; she will be very surprised. Of course, I have no clue how, when, where, or from who I will get it. I just know that I will. Someone somewhere will be generous. Shoot, for all I know, Oprah might just pass by my blog and decide to give me a Xmas gift. U never know, right?
Uju has travelled to Naija, and I am soooo jealous. I told her to better come back with some gala and Xpression hair attachment or else!
I think I’m gonna stop here 4 now. I will be back to say more. I just got tired of procastinating.

You know what they say when you start attending lots of weddings? It means yours is around the corner …so Vera, perform sharpishly! Maybe you’ll even get the Camera as a wedding gift LOL! Meanwhile, the gala I kept for you has spoilt o! I would have given Uju, but I can still send it if you want it like that.
