Pardon me. I don’t mean to bring you two Miley Cyrus posts back to back, but it was just discovered (yesterday) that Miley is indeed using drugs. It’s not too surprising, as most people probably already assumed that she’s on drugs, but it’s news only because she’s admitting it, and because she admitted it in her Rolling Stone Magazine, and because Rolling Stone did not include this little bit of information in the magazine.
Why? Oh, because there just wasn’t enough space. Sure, Rolling Stone. We believe you. Miley Cyrus said in the interview that “Weed is the best drug on earth,” and that “Hollywood is a coke town, but weed is so much better. And molly, too. Those are happy drugs — social drugs. They make you want to be with friends. You’re out in the open. You’re not in a bathroom.” … “I really don’t like coke. It’s so gross and so dark. It’s like, what are you, from the ’90s? Ew,”
This is one of the many things I will never understand: when a person is successful – whether young or old – and decides that the next best course of action is to start using recreational drugs, which everyone knows is extremely damaging. I don’t understand. And to think that we have lost so many talented people to drugs, yet people like Miley Cyrus continue to use these drugs and proudly tell it, too. I’m thinking of all the young and impressionable kids watching her antics and wanting to be like her some day.
Rest in perfect peace, Cory Monteith.

Yes, it does. Wonder where it ends, if any place at all.
