I’m starting a new thing on my blog. Every now and then, I will tell you 7 interesting things about some of our most loved and respected Nigerian celebrities. I will not Google the information, nor will I copy and paste from a number of blogs. I will personally have a chat with them (not their PR or representative), and I will come here and tell you what they tell me. DISCLAIMER: This series will be biased, as I will only blog about celebrities that I personally like and whose work I respect and admire.
I know that not all celebrities I approach will be willing to give me the time of day, and that’s okay. If they refuse, I’ll just cross their names off from the “Celebrities I Love” list to the “Celebrities I Will Show Pepper” list. Just kidding. No, I’m not. Seriously, I’m kidding though. Not. Blogging about them is only a first step. I have more in my head that I will do with them eventually (although they don’t know it yet).
I had an ex boyfriend who once told me that he was setting his house in order, which meant that he was preparing himself to propose to me. And since it was going to be a cold day in hell before I got married to him, I freaked out and contacted my friends and told them to discourage him from trying that nonsense. To God be the Glory, it never happened. Don’t ask me why I did not want to be married to him if I was dating him. It’s a long story. The point is that I am now also setting my blog house in order for things to come.
It’ll be exciting. Stay with me. I’m working on a lot. I will be starting this on Monday, April 22nd 2013. The question now is, can you guess who my first celebrity will be?
