Remember when I put up a post about being unashamedly addicted to and in love with Chobani? Well, the love it still there (and so is the addiction). But Chobani has come up with a new line of yogurt because someone at Chobani decided that why get only some people addicted when you can get everyone else addicted, too?
So the Chobani Simply 100 Crunch has only 100 calories, comes with natural crunchy, non GMO goodness on the side, and is available in three delicious flavors: Blueberry Cookie Crumble, Mango Cone Crisp, and Strawberry Chocolate Truffle. I have only tasted the Mango Cone Crisp because I have a natural love for mangos, and because a part of me misses my mango tree in Jos. It (the tree) was still a toddler when I left. I’m sure it’s blossomed into an amazon of a tree. But I digress.
In addition to the awesomeness of this new yogurt, Chobani is also encouraging us to go the extra mile to burn an additional 100 calories per day, and they have been kind enough to give us ideas on how to do this. I didn’t even know that some of these activities could burn you a hundred calories.
As much as I like the idea of shopping for 38 minutes and burning 100 calories, I assume that this shopping has to be done in a brick and mortar store, which I have no intention of doing because online shopping is what all the cool kids are doing these days. Therefore, I’m crossing that off my list.
What I did do, however, and what I’m still doing even is taking walks around our apartment. I don’t have a dog, but I do have a pet known as Ada Verastic. So I put her in the stroller and off we go. I do all the walking while she does all the cool-breeze-collecting and sleeping. But it’s okay because I also do all the yogurt-eating.
If you’re wondering if this 100-calorie Mango Cone Crisp yogurt has replaced my Coconut Blended flavor, then the answer is no. Coconut Blended will always be Bae. But I am inspired to continue this walk with Ada Verastic, far beyond the 100-calorie burn.
Thank you, Chobani.
P.S. There’s a coupon! You’re welcome.
