I know that celebrities are always separating and divorcing, but for some reason, it feels like, there has just been so many separations and divorces recently. Usually, we hear about one divorce\/separation, and then we have a couple months to talk about it before the next one, but now there are too many being talked about. I can’t even put a post for each one. So in no particular order, here are the recent divorces and separations that I know of\/remember.<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0Nick Cannon & Mariah Carey:<\/strong> They got married in April 2008 after just six weeks of dating. Mariah is 45 and Nick is 34. They’ve been separating\/divorcing since August of this year. Last I read of them (few hours ago) is that they’re stuck in a custody battle for their eight dogs. Priorities.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Bruce & Kris Jenner:<\/strong> When I first blogged about Bruce and Kris Jenner<\/strong><\/a>, I mentioned \u00a0that I was surprised at their split because I figured them to be people who would stay married, no matter how dysfunctional their marriage is. They’ve been separated for over a year, and Kris finally filed for divorce. Kris is 58, and Bruce is 64.\u00a0Bruce’s most recent pictures indicate cosmetic surgeries that are less than flattering. He’s morphing into a strange woman.<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa:<\/strong> Did anyone else think these two will last? They got married last year and Amber filed for divorce last month. Amber is 30 and Wiz is 27. They’re accusing each other of cheating.<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0Jordin Sparks & Jason Derulo:<\/strong> These two dated for three years. I started following Jordin on Instagram shortly before the breakup. I think she’s a sweet girl and I voted for her a lot during her days on American Idol. She talked a lot about her boo, Jason on Instagram. Baby this. Baby that. So I was shocked to hear that they broke up. After the break up, Jason went on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show and trash-talked Jordin, saying that she put pressure on him to get married. He even asked if he should take the Mercedes back from Jordin. So juvenile. Jason is 25 and Jordin is 24.<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0Randy & Erika Jackson:<\/strong> Randy’s wife, Erika filed for divorce in September. They were married for 18 years and have two children together I don’t know much about them, but it’s sad that 18 years of marriage is over. 18 years in Hollywood is like 180 years in real life. Randy Jackson is 58.<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0Robin Thicke & Paula Patton:<\/strong> I’m sad about these two. After they initially separated, Robin went on a begging tour where he urged the crowd to beg Paula to take him back. I hoped she would, but she didn’t<\/strong><\/a>. Instead, she has filed for divorce. They’re high school sweethearts who’ve been together for over 20 decades and married for nine out of those years. They have one son together. Robin is 37 and Paula is 38.<\/p>\n

7. \u00a0Ciara & Future:<\/strong> This is another couple that I never expected to last. Prior to their engagement, Future already had 3 three children with 3 different women. Women can be crazy sometimes. When a man has 3 children with 3 women, shouldn’t that be a deal breaker? And he wasn’t married to any of them. Ciara is now nothing but a Baby Momma. Ciara is 28 and Future is 30. I love his voice though.<\/p>\n

8. Phardra Parks & Apollo Nida:<\/strong> In my opinion, she should never have married him anyway. And I know that part of reality TV is scripted and manipulated, but Apollo still came off as a real no-good, can’t be trusted guy. He was recently convicted for mail, wire, and bank fraud and sentenced to 8 years in prison. He started his sentence last month, and Phaedra filed for divorce, I don’t blame her. I would have done the same. Apollo is 35 and I think Phaedra is 41.<\/p>\n
