With boiled corn, the only ingredient I knew to put on it was salt (while cooking). And it tasted good, honestly. But one day in America, I ordered some food at a restaurant, and I was asked what side I wanted it to come with. Corn on a cob was one of the options, so I ordered it. When the corn came with butter and black pepper on it, I was not too happy. But then, I tasted it, and all my worry melted away like butter on hot corn. Yes, I had to go there.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_9667\" style=\"width: 760px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogher.com\/clicktracker.php?nid=1710227&amp;cid=1709585&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fverastic.com%2Fsite%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F08%2FLAND-O-LAKES%C2%AE-Butter.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9667\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9667\" src=\"https:\/\/verastic.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/LAND-O-LAKES\u00ae-Butter.jpg\" alt=\"LAND O LAKES\u00ae Butter\" width=\"750\" height=\"499\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-9667\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">LAND O LAKES\u00ae Butter with Canola Oil<\/p><\/div>\n<p>When I got the opportunity to write about\u00a0<span style=\"color: #222222;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogher.com\/clicktracker.php?nid=1710227&amp;cid=1709585&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fgoo.gl%2FXk35kU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">LAND O LAKES\u00ae Butter with Canola Oil<\/a>, there was only one food I wanted to use it on: boiled corn! I boiled a total of 6 ears of corn, but Igwe came home from work starving and dove right into it. The butter was sitting on the counter, and before I knew what was going on, he had buttered 4 out of 6 ears of corn, and was eating like he hadn&#8217;t seen food in days. It has only 3 simple ingredients: sweet cream, canola oil, and salt. What?!?\u00a0 I was struck by the fact that I could pronounce and understand all of them. This is much more than most spreads and spreadable butter products in the market. Some of them have up to 15 ingredients. I tried to spread it on bread, and it worked! And it tasted great, too.. It may sound silly to you, but I still eat bread and butter and nothing else, so I need to be able to spread it onto the bread, even when I just bring it out from the fridge. Ever tried to spread butter straight from the fridge and it doesn&#8217;t even leave the knife?
