Elijah wants to pursue a master&#8217;s degree course in Urban Planning and Community Development at either University of Vermont or Cleveland State University.<\/p>\n<p>In order to go to one of these universities, Elijah would need to get his transcript from Morgan and send it to them, but Morgan will not release the transcript until he has paid his outstanding fees of $8,212. Elijah has a Go Fund Me account.
