Remember when no one sent me message but I still decided to start a 10-day Instagram selfie challenge<\/strong><\/a>? Well, I did it for all of 3 days … and then, I don’t know what happened. Igwe’s brother has laughed at me tire. This is exactly what my mommy would call, “Trouble dey sleep, iyanga dey go wake am up.”<\/em> I didn’t get the idea for this selfie challenge from anywhere. I didn’t do it because I wanted to do what someone else was doing. Nah uh. It’s like I just said to myself, “Vera, you’ve not failed at anything lately. Why don’t you start an Instagram selfie challenge?”<\/p>\n

I stumbled on Day 1 because I forgot the challenge started that day. So when I remembered, I just threw on Igwe’s shirt and took a picture. Day 2 and 3 were better, and I have no idea what happened on Day 4 and every day after that. I even had my own little hashtag #10DaysOfSelfieChallenge and I was balling — for 3 days.<\/p>\n

So I’m going to start it again. Yup. At this point, I’m doing it because I cannot stand you knowing that I started something and didn’t finish<\/del> failed at it, so I’ll finish it. I have to finish it; it’s only 1o days. I know I said it before, but I really, really do envy people that have something to say\/show on social media everyday. I have nothing to say. The stupid part of me saying that I don’t have anything to put on Instagram is that during the day, I actually take some interesting pictures, but I just don’t ever get to put them on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Not to worry, come tomorrow, a selfie will go on Instagram – by hook or by crook. And I’ll start it from Day 1 again, seeing as the one I started should have ended on February 26th.
