\"Christian-Swingers\"<\/a>You are going on a first class ticket to hell. No stop overs. No plane change. Straight. My people, this is no joke. There is a dating(?) website for Christians who are swingers, where they can meet fellow swingers. But only Christian ones, of course. Heaven forbid that a Christian swinger swings with a non-Christian swinger. That would be unholy!<\/p>\n

I know that we are in 2013 where everything is just peachy. We live in a live-and-let-live world. Everything is okay. There are a lot of crazy things going on out there, and as much as I would love to call everything out, I ain’t about that life. But Christianity is a religion that embodies the life of Christ. It is a holy religion. When you call yourself a Christian, there are certain expectations on you, and they are not from me. They’re from Christ Himself.<\/p>\n

I know that Christians are fundamentally human beings first. I know that all – myself included – have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, so I am aware that we all do things that we should not do. But when a website like this comes out and claims to be Christian, should we not fight back? Should Christians not reject it and say that this isn’t a part of us, that this does not recognize us? Or is it too socially unacceptable and politically incorrect to stand up for the God we claim to serve?<\/p>\n

If your argument here is going to be that God is a big God who does not need to be defended, then your argument is null and void. I have not asked that we pick up our bows and arrows and enter a battle, nor have I asked that we help God to make a point. But when someone says or implies something about our race, culture, nationality, tribe, or gender, do we not make it know what side of the wall we are on?<\/p>\n

If people want to be swingers, I really couldn’t care less. I’m offended by this site, however, because they are doing this under the umbrella of Christianity. The website is quoting the bible and making it seem like people who frown upon swinging are the crazy ones. When non-Christians come across sites like this one, they point their fingers at us and laugh at us.<\/p>\n

Devout Christian couples? In good faith? Judge you out of ignorance or envy? Get out of here.\u00a0I think that if you want to run a swingers’ dating website, you should go ahead and do just that, but calling it a Christian swingers website is oxymoronic because swinging defiles the purity and holiness that is Christianity . Yeap. I said it. Anyone who says they believe that Christ would be okay with this is not familiar with Christ. If it sounds like I’m judging, that’s because I am. It must be out of all my envy and ignorance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Like I said, I really couldn’t care less who anyone is sleeping with, but the problem with websites like this is that they validate what is wrong and make it okay. There are probably Christians who are struggling with this, then they come on a “Christian” website, read the bullocks about not judging, and then they believe that it’s okay for them to do what they’re doing. But it’s not okay. If you still want to do it, go ahead and do it, accept that it is most definitely not a Christian thing to do.<\/p>\n

There is nothing anyone can say or do to make me change my mind. If a person wants to steal, that’s fine. Go and steal, but don’t come back and support it with the bible. Same goes for every other sin. I do my own dirt, and I own it. I’m a sinner. I have never thought at any moment that any particular sin is acceptable or okay before God, just because I want it and it makes me feel good. I know that He is forgiving, and I know that His grace abounds, but I also know that I am a sinner.<\/p>\n

Just in case anyone is reading this and thinking about doing it because the bible says not to judge and because the bible says that he who is without sin should cast the first stone, I want you to know that you have been told a lie. You will<\/em> be judged. You are already being judged. Humans may not be able to cast a stone because they are not without sin, but God can certainly cast a stone, and when He does, it will be a mountain.<\/p>\n

There is only one reason why this website feels the need to bring up bible verses to support its habit, and that’s because the owners know what they are doing. And were we not just debating a bible verse<\/strong><\/a> – and how it’s used wrongly – two days?<\/p>\n

P.S.<\/strong> One more thing before I go: this website is anything BUT Christian.<\/p>\n
