I know I’m supposed to update today, but I’m not feeling too good. \u00a0I’m running a mysterious fever and just generally feeling sick. \u00a0Can’t explain how I’m feeling. \u00a0Mom asked, “How am I supposed to carry someone who has broken hips? \u00a0If you don’t tell me how you’re feeling, I can’t help you.” \u00a0I’ll tell her how I’m feeling once I figure it out. \u00a0<\/p>\n

I’m cold even though it’s hot. \u00a0Cold goosebumps have nested on my arms, telling me I’m cold. \u00a0Yeah, thanks for telling me. \u00a0Every deep breath I take, the goosebumps fatten. \u00a0They must feed on oxygen. \u00a0Or maybe they feed on carbon dioxide. \u00a0They fatten when I exhale. \u00a0Yeah, definitely carbon dioxide. \u00a0I’ve popped a couple of ibuprofens. \u00a0Hope to be better by morning. \u00a0Will update in three days. \u00a0Hate feeling like this.<\/div>\n

Anyone know if goosebumps can be auctioned on Ebay? \u00a0Everything sells on Ebay. \u00a0When I exhale, my scalp itches. Feels like the hairs on the center of my head are all standing. \u00a0They must be congregating, literally having a meeting on my head. \u00a0They ought to keep it quiet – or at least limit their movement.<\/div>\n

Seriously feel like crying. \u00a0Did I mention I hate feeling like this? \u00a0Maybe my body is just tired. Mom thinks I’ve eaten too many peanuts in the last couple of days. \u00a0[Funmi brought some Naija peanuts back, and I’ve been munching away – with soaked garri, of course. \u00a0Come to think of it, that’s all I’ve eaten today. \u00a0A bowl of garri, peanuts & sugar]. \u00a0Maybe I’ve taken in too much sugar recently. \u00a0I don’t know. \u00a0Doubt if it’s the peanuts. \u00a0They’re so pretty. \u00a0They have to be innocent. \u00a0But sugar is evil. \u00a0It tastes so sweet, but one never knows its intention in the body.<\/div>\n

I’m asking, praying, and hoping that the long, healing arm of God touches me and cleanses me completely – from the crown of my head to the sole of my feet. \u00a0I’ll also prefer for the blood of Jesus to replace my blood. \u00a0His blood is wayyy cooler. \u00a0It heals, protects, and cleanses. \u00a0Mine is just blood. \u00a0Regular good ol blood. \u00a0It’s Verastic blood, but blood nonetheless. \u00a0I’ll be well tomorrow. \u00a0I’ll be cleansed completely. \u00a0It’s been written. \u00a0So shall it be. \u00a0Amen. \u00a0I’ll feel better tomorrow.<\/p>\n

Well, I just wanted to come here and write two lines or so, telling you that I’m down. \u00a0So much for being too weak to update. \u00a0I think I’ve just updated. \u00a0May the Lord be praised. \u00a0So have me in your prayers, please. \u00a0Even if you have other things to pray about – which I’m sure you do – just cancel them all and put me first. \u00a0No, it’s not selfish of me to request that of you.<\/div>\n
