While men are scrambling around looking for ways to get hard ons, there is a California man (Henry Wolf) who has had one for the past two years. And now, he can’t take it anymore, so he’s suing the people that caused it: BMW, of course.<\/p>\n

According to him, the problem started with his 1993 BMW motorcycle and it’s “ridge like seat.” He took a four hour round trip which gave him a permanent erection and then left him unable to perform in sexual activities. \u00a0He’s apparently suing BMW and Corbin-Pacific (the maker of the seat) for\u00a0lost wages, medical expenses, emotional distress, and “general damages.”<\/p>\n

After enjoying his four hour trip, it was then he developed a very severe case of Priapism<\/strong> (a persistent and last erection<\/em>) – I bet you had never heard this word before. \u00a0“He is now unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish.\u00a0Plaintiff is distraught and distressed because of this. Defendants, and each of them, are liable to plaintiff due [to] their negligent design, manufacture and\/or installation of the seat on plaintiff\u2019s motorcycle.”<\/em><\/p>\n

But you know what’s crazy? This man might actually win. I remember when a woman sued McDonald’s for not telling her that the hot coffee she had just purchased was actually hot. Talk about a frivolous law suit.<\/p>\n

But wait oh. You mean to tell me that\u00a0all this time men have been purchasing Cialis, Viagra, et all and drinking all kinds of\u00a0concussions in order to get an erection, they could have just skipped this torture and ridden a darn BMW bike? Really???<\/p>\n

P.S.<\/strong> The pharmaceutical company must not like this. If men know how to get erections without medication, their Viagra and Cialis businesses will suffer.<\/p>\n

P.P.S.<\/strong> For every man who is having to tolerate the attitude of an insubordinate penis that refuses to stand up when you need it to, you should be happy that there is now a cure.<\/p>\n
