Watching Showtime’s original series, Californication<\/em> the other day, Hank Moody, the main character made a point about pubic hair that I had never really thought about. \u00a0I know I asked you about [Igbo] men and chest hairs on women, but this time, I want to know about men and pubic [vaginal] hair.\u00a0More so, the lack of it. The general consensus in Women Land is that men do not like pubic hair on women. But how true is this?<\/p>\n

I realize, of course, that Hank Moody is a fictional character and may not speak for all men, but fiction is often not very far from reality, so I know he speaks for some<\/em> men. According to Hank Moody, he would prefer for any woman he has sex with to at least look like she has gone through puberty. In other words, no bald eagles. In other, other words, grow some hair in your cho-cha, woman!<\/p>\n

And I found this surprising because, like I said, word on the street in Women Land is that men do not like ANY kind of vaginal hair. In fact, I specifically remember someone saying he had no interest in flossing hair out of his teeth. Don’t ask me why I have these conversations with men. I’m just so interested in these things. It’s vital for one’s ehm … well, it’s just vital.<\/p>\n

I remember during my young and foolish days when I used to watch porn<\/strong><\/a> — you know, a month ago — and I had seen a girl who had what could only be described as a freshly blow-dried afro, sitting on top of her vagina. And she was White. So the afro was like a brunette color. It did not look good at all. I did not – still do not – understand how vaginal hair can even grow to such a length and puff, and why anyone would want to keep that AND appear on television with it.<\/p>\n

I am aware that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer for this question, but I’d really like to know what men think about bald eagles. Or at least, what my male readers think about bald eagles. Yay or nay?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
