Why, oral sex, of course! According to the President, the citizens of Uganda should stop doing oral sex upandan because the mouth is for eating.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In response, I say, &#8220;But Sir, they are eating.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also Sir, I have some questions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.&nbsp;<\/strong> Who will enforce this ban?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp; How will they enforce this ban?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3.&nbsp;<\/strong> Will this ban change the price of fish in the market?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp; Will the enforcers still enforce if offered said oral sex?<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong>&nbsp; Please, Sir, is it your mouth or their mouth they will be using for the oral sex?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6.<\/strong>&nbsp; Sir, so you&#8217;ve never eaten this food before?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7.<\/strong>&nbsp; Lastly, Sir, may I speak to your wife, please? I just want to ask her one small question.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thank you, Sa!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ehm, one last thing again, Sir.
