It’s  been a week since I was honored to speak at the Listen To Your Mother Show<\/strong><\/a>, and I can honestly say that I’m still very high from the event. I wish we could do this every weekend! Before the show started, my heart was pounding gbim gbim<\/em> like it was going to jump out of my chest, but as soon as my name was called, I walked “majestically” to the podium. In fact, I stood up before my name was completely called. Igwe, Ada Verastic, Grandma, Aunt Chinelo, Aunt Ifeoma, Funmie, and Solachi all came to support me. I don’t have pictures of Grandma and my aunties because I just remembered they’re not on my phone. I think they’re on Aunt Chinelo’s phone, and it’s almost 4:00 AM!<\/p>\n

I don’t have a video of my performance yet because the professional videographer is still working on it, but once it’s out, you’ll be first to know.
