Nice vlog. Per the goat meat packaging, i’d suggest that after washing, you put them all in a strainer to drain off the water before putting in the ziploc.

Please can we have a recipe for your goat meat pepper soup? I hope the condiments are all items we can get in naija market.
In addition to Cam’s suggestion, you can put in condiments and seasoning before freezing it makes for a spicier and well marinate goat meat. Yum
What I learnt from you today is labelling and dating my freezer items. Awesome!

Hello!!! Thank you so much for watching. I got the spice in Naija. Honestly, I don’t know the contents. My mommy took me to the market and asked for pepper soup spice. They blended a bunch of things and gave them to me. Lol. In addition to that, I added one knorr cube and a little bit of salt. Don’t use a lot of seasoning cube (Knorr/Maggi/Whatever you use) because the peppersoup spice is pretty strong.
