You know one quick way to irritate me? Start by saying something like, ‘Well, I’m a Leo, so I’m dot dot dot.’ In my mind, astrology is a bunch of bullocks, and you sound cray cray for using it as justification for anything. I never believed them, but when I took my Pse Psychology class, I believed them even less. And that is why I LOVE this Secret Language site. Let me tell you about it.
The Secret Language book is not based on astrology. It’s based on “personality traits found during a 40-year empirical study of more than 20,000 people, organized by birthday.” You know I’m a skeptic, so when I put my birthday in, I was prepared to debunk everything, but then I started reading these personality traits for January 14th, and my next thought was, “Who told these people about me?!”
Every day has a secret language, and the one for my birthday (January 14th) is INNOCENT INTEGRATOR.
About the traits of this day: When I read those five words, INDOMTABLE, COURAGEOUS, ORGANIZED, EMOTIONALLY HARD, and UNCOMPROMISING, I just thought, wow!
Emotionally hard and uncompromising are the ones that lifted the most hairs off my neck. When it comes to my emotions, I refuse to give them the right to run free. That is why I have never, ever had a problem ending a relationship. I refuse to think of it with my emotions. I force myself to believe that I am okay, and that I am doing the right thing.
No matter who it is or what the person has meant to me in the past, if I ever come to the conclusion that I have taken more than enough from the person, I will end it. And I won’t look back. I won’t reconsider. In the blink of an eye, someone can go from being my bestie to being someone that I used to know. We won’t be enemies, but I won’t know you anymore. Period. I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing, but it’s just who I am.
I am not uncompromising in everything, but in certain things, I am uncompromising. Example: the quality of marriage I want. I cannot, will not, ever, ever, EVER compromise on that. It’s all or nothing for me. This, too, has ended relationships. And I don’t regret it one bit.
Organized? Why yes! My clothes, plates, pens, everything have to be a certain way.
“Indeed, January 14 people value personal liberty above all else, and are some of the few people in the year who will put their lives on the line, if it comes to that, rather than capitulate to pressure.” This is crazy true for me. I have to make my own decisions. I like to be left alone to do what I’m supposed to do. Don’t bother me. Don’t talk to me. Don’t call me. Just let me be.
One of my biggest pet peeves is unprofessionalism. I just hate it. I am a firm believer in conducting business with decorum and courtesy, and that’s why I continue to criticize Nigerian and African businesses. Our lack of professionalism is appalling. Igwe and I are constantly talking about this. So in everything I do, even with my engagement on social media, I try to be professional.
” They are thoughtful and can also be a great deal of fun. Their playful attitudes and scathing wit show their ability to put things in perspective and also to not take themselves too seriously. There is an undeniable streak of eccentricity in many.” Well, you guys read this blog, so you know how seriously I take myself – not.
Two advises for people born on this day (that really resonate with me): (1) Don’t be afraid to take chances, and (2) If you do not dare to fail, you may not achieve your true heart’s desires.
There is so much that I relate to from Secret Language, but if I keep going, you’ll be reading a book by the end of the post. That said, I decided to check out Igwe’s birthday, too, and it has some very, interesting stuff! But I’ll only focus on one: an interest in politics usually marks both men and women born on October 29, whether it be the workings of their family, social group or nation. They are thus involved, on a conscious or unconscious level, with the nature of power and how it is exercised by themselves and others. Often charming, those born on this day tend to be highly persuasive types. I’ll let it go at this point. We will come back to discuss this later. In case you’re wondering, the secret language for those born on this day is MODULATED NEW IDEAS.
Try the Secret Language for yourself. Check it out HERE and see if you are not totally blown. Also, check out the video on this page with Taylor Swift say that the Secret Language book is accurate. Enjoy!

i just checked the relationship pairing for Jan14th and October 29.They say a marriage between two people born on these days will be problematic!!!are u sure you don’t want to refund their money to them?
Vera Ezimora says
Well, they paid me. I didn’t pay them, so there’s no money to refund. But per the relationship pairing, I didn’t actually see that when I read it. I would have included it in the post. Marriage between the two people that I know isn’t problematic at all 😀
