This past weekend, I attended Faith’s wedding. Faith is a friend that I met in church some years ago, and she’s just really sweet. I like her a lot cause my spirit agrees with her. I don’t know how else to describe it, but sometimes you meet people and your spirit likes them, too. Faith is one of those people. I think we have an older sister-younger sister understanding, too. Anyway, Faith got married to her love, and I was there to witness it. I missed the ceremony, but we made the reception.
I got this dress a while ago and I meant to wear it to Ada’s and Ehi’s wedding in New York, but I couldn’t make it last minute. I bought two dresses for Faith’s wedding that I ended up sending back (one was too big and the other one looked better online), so I concluded it must be God’s will for me to wear this dress instead. I got the shoes from Bakers two years ago. I wore it for the wedding I went to in San Diego, and that was the first and last time I wore them.

I wore these shoes all night. I was in pain by the end of the night, but I was still cute though. Lol.
We were in kind of a hurry because we were going late, I forgot to take pictures of my nails which I loved very much. Also, winter is coming and it gets darker sooner. It was lighter when we started taking pictures and by the end of the shoot, it was significantly darker (and we only took about 15 minutes). You know this taking pictures thing [to do outfit posts] is new to me, so I tend to forget certain elements. Example, my clutch was in the car, I forgot my nails, and my parking lot isn’t exactly the best background. Be patient with me, I’m still starting out. This is only my 4th outfit post.
Anyway, do you like the outfit?
P.S. I’m gradually updating my wardrobe. Yay!
P.P.S. I gotta tell you about this hair. It deserves a post of its own!

Pendo, you know it was at the parking lot at home, in front of our apartment. No one was there. I got the dress from Asos. Next time I’ll have to link to where I got the dress. Sorry for falling your hand ooo. Like I said, I’m totally new to this. Bear with me.
